What's the difference between the Japanese tea ceremony and how we take tea in Wales ?
ReplyDeleteAll will be revealed in good time Jay. The story of Tea in Wales was historically linked to the slave trade, as the demand for sugar to sweeten this favourite of British drinks increased prices and drove the sugar cane industry in the American slave plantations. The context of tea in Japan is very different and I look forward to sharing with you in this Blog what I discover on my Home from Home adventure!
